Trident Solutions Acquires Uticom Systems

Acquisition expands Trident’s utility safety, compliance and identification capabilities

PLANO, Texas — July 30, 2026 — Trident Solutions, Inc. (“Trident”) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Uticom Systems, Inc. (“Uticom”), a Coatesville, Pennsylvania-based manufacturer of compliant hazard-alerting and utility graphics. Trident is a portfolio company of River Associates Investments, L.P.

For more than 30 years, Uticom has helped utilities develop, manufacture and maintain hazard-alerting and utility graphics standards, procedures and products. The company serves electric generation, transmission, distribution, telecommunications, security, nuclear power and other critical infrastructure markets. Its Compliance Monitoring Program also helps customers assess, design, engineer and maintain compliant identification systems.
