Pro-Trace HS-CCS PE30/PE45 tracer wire features a solid conductor core made of High-Strength Copper-Clad Steel (HS-CCS). This conductor material strikes a perfect balance of strength and flexibility compared to solid copper, boasting 227% of copper’s break load, while minimizing damage during installation and in service. The insulation comes with a thickness of 30 mil or 45 mil and is made of a High-Density, High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (HDHMWPE). This tracer wire is rated for direct burial and is commonly used in Open-Trench/Open-Cut, Plow-In, or Light Directional Boring installations.
