HIP Reflective Number & Letter Binder Sheets come in 2.5″, 1″, and 0.875″ character sizes. The characters are yellow on a black background with an adhesive backing. Material is High Intensity Prismatic Grade Reflective Sheeting. Greater viewing distance than Engineer Grade. Applications should be made at temperatures above 60 degrees Fahrenheit.
